Yes. Maintenance includes user support from Monday to Friday during office hours, technical updates and security adjustments. Several plans are possible. The most common is a time-credit format, such as 6 days, 14 days or more. For each request, a ticket is opened with the need and priority level. After review, we estimate the workload before validation.
