Why this project, for whom.

GCR brings together an extended Renault dealer network in France. Its commercial model includes inter-dealer sales for parts, vehicles and accessories with negotiated account conditions.

Before the platform, transactions were mostly handled by phone and email. The PIM catalog was difficult for dealers to access and orders had to be re-entered in several systems.

The objective was to bring these B2B flows online while respecting network hierarchy, negotiated prices and existing ERP, PIM and intranet integrations.
